3. Scope of data

We process the data provided during contact (name, phone, e-mail) and — as part of treatment — the data necessary to keep medical records.

4. Retention period

We keep medical records for the period required by law. Other contact data is kept until the matter is handled or consent is withdrawn.

5. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the Clinic's operation (e.g. the booking system provider, hosting) solely on the basis of processing agreements and to the necessary extent.

• The right to access your data and receive a copy.
• The right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.

• The right to withdraw consent at any time.
